The item described above meets the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on packaging and packaging waste (PPWR) for transport packaging:

Hazardous Substance Limits & PFAS (Art. 5): The sum of the concentrations of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium does not exceed 100 mg/kg. PFAS limits are complied with in accordance with applicable EU standards.
Recyclability (Art. 6): The bags are made of mono-material LDPE (code 04) without barrier layers or additives that are difficult to separate, and are therefore fully recyclable within the EU standard recycling stream (performance class A/B).
Recycled Content (Art. 7): The share of post-consumer recyclate (PCR) is 0%.
Packaging Minimisation (Art. 9): The packaging consists of a close-fitting protective film without additional filling or packing material and without unnecessary empty space. Weight and volume are limited to the minimum necessary for protection and handling during transport. The empty space ratio under Art. 24 (max. 50%) is not applicable here, as this is not secondary or shipping packaging containing filling material.
Labelling (Art. 11): The bags are/will be marked with the material recycling code 04 (LDPE).

Statement of Responsibility: Sole responsibility for issuing this declaration of conformity lies with the producer, Ayyildiz Hali GmbH.

PFAS pass-test method (film manufacturer's test method for verifying compliance with the PFAS and hazardous substance limits under Art. 5 PPWR)

The film manufacturer's data sheets and hazardous substance test reports (RoHS/REACH/PFAS pass) are held by the importer.
